ISP management software · Built in South Africa
Run your whole ISP from one system.
Most ISPs run on a billing system, a RADIUS box, a helpdesk, a PBX contract and a folder of spreadsheets, none of which talk to each other. OneWISP is the one system that replaces them, built in South Africa for wireless and fibre operators.
OneWISP integrates with
- MikroTik
- Ubiquiti
Cambium
- Mimosa
- BDCOM
- Juniper
- Cisco
- Sage
- QuickBooks
- Xero
- PayFast
- Netcash
- DebiCheck

What OneWISP replaces
Most ISPs pay for five or six tools that each hold part of the picture. OneWISP holds all of it in one database, so a customer, a session, a ticket and an invoice are the same record seen from different sides.
A billing system and a separate accounting package, reconciled by hand
Billing with two-way Sage, QuickBooks and Xero sync. PayFast, Netcash and DebiCheck built in.
A RADIUS server with its own admin login
RADIUS users, live sessions and NAS devices managed from the customer record.
A helpdesk tool that cannot see the network
Tickets with the customer's live signal, CCQ and traffic beside the conversation.
A hosted PBX contract
Voice tenants, extensions, queues, ring groups and an IVR designer, included.
Spreadsheets for stock, vehicles and site surveys
Fleet, stock and projects, with a technician app that writes straight back to the office.
A leave register and paper timesheets
HR with leave balances, approvals, timesheets and payroll exports.
Network
Know which sector saturates next, and when.
Every highsite carries its cores, sectors and backhauls. The spectrum planner draws each link per band and flags overlaps, and capacity planning forecasts from real usage which sectors run out of headroom and how many weeks you have.
Support
See the customer's line before you reply.
A ticket opens with the live service beside it: traffic, signal, CCQ, sector health and RADIUS auth for the last 24 hours. Support staff answer from evidence instead of asking the customer to reboot and call back.
Voice
A phone system you draw, not configure.
Voice is part of the platform. Each tenant gets extensions, trunks, queues and ring groups, and call flows are wired on a canvas: time conditions, greetings, keypad options and sub-menus, without touching a dial plan.
OneWISP Field · Android
Job cards, stock, speed tests and signatures. Offline, on Android.
The technician's side of the same system. Everything captured in the field is written straight back into OneWISP, so the office sees the job as it happens.

Works without signal
Photos, logs and job cards are stored on the phone and synced in the background when connectivity returns. Nothing is lost in a dead zone.
Signed job cards with OTP
Each visit ends with labelled photos, a geo-tagged speed test, a safety checklist and a customer signature verified by one-time PIN.
Vehicles, fuel and stock
Technicians claim a vehicle, log fuel and odometer readings, and book stock against the job. Hours land in HR timesheets automatically.
Everything the office runs on
Eight modules on one database. Staff work in the same system whether they are raising an invoice, terminating a session or closing a ticket, so nothing is re-typed between tools.

Moving to OneWISP
The biggest question is usually how the existing customers get across. Setup is a once-off fee, and the timeline depends on your subscriber count and what you are moving from. Ask us for an estimate.
- 01
We import your data
Customers, packages, contacts and balances come across from your current billing or accounting system. You check the result on a staging tenant before anything goes live.
- 02
We cut over RADIUS with you
NAS devices are pointed at OneWISP one at a time, so sessions keep running while you move. Highsites, sectors and IP ranges are loaded before the first cutover.
- 03
Your team trains on your own data
Office staff and technicians are trained on your real customers and sites, not a demo. Support is available in South African business hours from day one.
Pricing
From R3,000 a month, priced on subscriber count. Every module is included: voice, HR and the field app are not extras.
A monthly fee based on your active subscriber count, plus a once-off setup fee of R5,000. Choose where OneWISP runs, then add options as you need them.

Common questions
Short answers to what ISPs ask first. Anything else, use the contact form below.
- What is OneWISP?
- OneWISP is management software for wireless and fibre internet service providers. It covers customers, billing, RADIUS and sessions, highsites and spectrum planning, helpdesk, voice, HR and a technician field app in one system with one database. It is built and supported in South Africa by OneCarrier (Pty) Ltd.
- Which accounting and payment systems does OneWISP integrate with?
- Sage, QuickBooks and Xero for accounting, with two-way customer and product sync, and PayFast, Netcash and DebiCheck for payments and debit orders.
- Which network equipment does OneWISP support?
- MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cambium, Mimosa, BDCOM, Juniper and Cisco. RADIUS users, live sessions and NAS devices are managed from the customer record, and sector signal, noise and CCQ are read over SNMP.
- How much does OneWISP cost?
- Pricing starts at R3,000 a month and is based on active subscriber count, plus a once-off setup fee of R5,000. There are four hosting options: Partitioned Cloud, Enterprise Dedicated Cloud, Enterprise Dedicated with Redundancy, and On-Premise on your own server. Every module is included; voice, HR and the field app are not extras. Prices exclude VAT.
- Is there a mobile app for technicians?
- Yes. OneWISP Field is an Android app for technicians with job cards, stock, geo-tagged speed tests, safety checklists, customer signatures verified by OTP, vehicle and fuel logs, and a tower finder. It works offline and syncs when the phone reconnects.
- Does OneWISP include a phone system?
- Yes. Voice is part of the platform. Each tenant gets extensions, trunks, queues, ring groups and DID numbers, and call flows are built on an IVR designer canvas with time conditions, greetings, keypad options and sub-menus.
- Where is OneWISP hosted and who supports it?
- Hosted options run in the cloud with South African support in business hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 SAST, and 24/7 emergency support for customers on a plan. An on-premise option runs on your own server.
- How do we move our existing customers to OneWISP?
- Customers, packages, contacts and balances are imported from your current billing or accounting system and checked on a staging tenant. NAS devices are then pointed at OneWISP one at a time so sessions keep running during the cutover, and your team is trained on your own data.
